Ansco now turns up to 78” diameters (January 5, 2009)
Ansco has added larger diameter vertical turning capacity and can now machine pieces up to 78” in diameter and 54” high. The new Hankook VTC-160E also features a movable rail and live milling.
Ansco is now ISO 9001:2000 (December 16, 2009)
Ansco Machine Company’s production and distribution operations have been certified to the ISO 9001:2000 (w/o design) International Quality System Standard.
The company’s entire quality system was audited and certified by Smithers Quality Assessments, a leading independent registrar, accredited by both the Dutch Council for Accreditation and the American National Accreditation Body.
Ansco passed on the very first audit with no findings.
Ansco adds a mobile coordinate measuring (September 14, 2008)
In addition to traditional CMM capacity, Ansco can now provide mobile, on-the-floor CMM inspection of parts up to 9 feet in diameter. The Romer Arm works with solid models and provides automated data collection.

Ansco adds CNC milling to 60” and 6000# (February 10, 2008)
Ansco has acquired a Makino A-92 horizontal machining center. The two-pallet machine features a 90 tool ATC and 10,000 RPM spindle, a full 4th axis and part probing. The work envelope is 60” (1520 mm) x Y, 50” (1250 mm) x Z, 53” (1350 mm)

Expansion (Aug. 8, 2006)
Ansco has completed its physical plant expansion. The new section adds 22,000 square feet to Ansco’s previous 15,000 square foot building. The newer section has higher ceilings and more natural light. The layout simplifies material flow and obviates on-site storage of raw materials.
Manufacturer of the year (Oct. 25, 2006)
Ansco Machine was named Manufacturer of the Year by the Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce in recognition for its contributions to the life and economy of the city.
